Dr. Osnat Zapata Arteaga
Post-doctoral Fellow
Osnat Zapata Arteaga is a highly accomplished and dedicated Postdoctoral Fellow currently affiliated with Omegalab. His research interests center around organic thermoelectrics, with a specific focus on doping and polymer processing of conjugated polymers. Osnat explores various polymer processing techniques and investigates the interactions between dopants and polymers to enhance the performance of organic thermoelectric materials.
Osnat completed his Ph.D. in Materials Science at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, where he continued his research on organic semiconductors for thermoelectric applications and the processing of organic semiconductors. Prior to obtaining his Ph.D., he earned a Master's degree in Materials Science from the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Hidalgo, focusing on the synthesis of oligomers for organic solar cells and the chemical characterization of conjugated semiconductors.
